Creating Custom Forms for Lead Capture

Custom forms in Revwit are a powerful way to capture leads and gather the information you need to nurture them effectively. Here’s how to create a custom form from scratch:  

Access the Forms Section

  • Navigate to the Forms tab from the sidebar menu.  

Create a New Form

  •   Click on the (+)  button.  

Add Fields

  • Add a form name, associate the form to an entity, associate the form to a pipeline (optional), and add a description. 

Customise Form Settings

  • Set mandatory fields to ensure you collect essential information using ‘’Add question’’.  

  • Add placeholder text or field descriptions for clarity.  

Design the Form  

  •  Use the submit label button to customise your submit button according to your preference.  

  •  Add a customisable success message for your leads to see after completing the form.  

Save and Publish 

  • Review your form and click Save  

  • Publish the form and generate a shareable link or embed code.  

Your custom form is now ready to capture leads efficiently! You can share it on your website, social media, or email campaigns to start collecting valuable contact information.
