Custom pipelines in Revwit allow you to tailor your sales process to fit your unique workflow, ensuring you can track leads and deals effectively. Here’s how to set up a custom pipeline:
Access the Pipelines Section
- Go to the Pipelines tab in the sidebar menu or the settings page.
Create a New Pipeline
- Click the (+) button to get started.
Define Pipeline Stages

Add a pipeline name and rotten days, associate it with an entity, and add a description.

Add stages that reflect your sales process (e.g., Lead, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Closed-Won) using the ‘’Add pipeline stage’’ button.

Drag and drop stages to arrange them in the desired order.
Customise Stage Details

Add specific criteria or actions required for each stage to maintain consistency across your team.

Add a description and set probabilities for each stage to estimate deal success rates.
Save Your Pipeline
- Click Save to finalize your custom pipeline.
Start Adding Pipelines
- Head to the Pipeline page and begin populating your pipeline by adding leads or deals to the relevant stages.
