Searching for Records
Revwit’s powerful search feature allows you to quickly find specific contacts, companies, or deals, ensuring you always
have the information you need at your fingertips. Here’s how to use it:
Access the Search Bar
- Locate the Search Bar at the top of your workspace or the sidebar menu.
Enter Keywords
- Type in relevant keywords, such as:
- A contact’s name (e.g., “John Doe”)
- A company name (e.g., “ABC Corp”)
- A deal name
Filter Your Search Between Contacts, Companies, or Deals
- Use search filters to narrow down your results, such as:
- Name: Choose between contacts, companies, or deals.
- Address: Filter records by geographic location.
- Deal Type: Narrow your search by specific deal categories (e.g., new business, renewal).
- Deal Source: Identify deals by origin, such as direct, phone, or cold outreach.
- Owner: Find records assigned to specific team members.
View Search Results
- Browse through the list of matching records.
- Click on any record to open its Details Page for further information.
Refine Your Search
- If the results are too broad, adjust your keywords or add more filters to refine the list.
