Sending 1-1 Emails from a Contact Record
Revwit makes it easy to engage with your contacts through personalized emails directly from their record page. Here’s
how to do it:
Open the Contact Record
- Navigate to the Person’s section in the sidebar.
- Select the contact you wish to email from the list or search for them using the search bar.
Locate the Email Section
- On the contact details page, navigate to the Emails section.
Compose a New Email
- Click on the Send Email button.
- A pre-filled pop-up email editor will appear with the contact’s email address.
Personalise Your Message
- Enter a subject line and craft a personalised message.
- Use variables (e.g.,@ Name) to include details like the contact’s name or company automatically.
Add Attachments (Optional)
- Attach files such as proposals, product brochures, or contracts if needed.
Review and Send
- Review your email to ensure it’s accurate and professional.
- Click Send to deliver the email directly to the contact.
Track Email Activity:
- After sending, the email will appear in the Emails section of the contact’s record.
With this feature, you can maintain direct, meaningful communication with your contacts, fostering stronger
relationships and driving better engagement.
