Syncing Google or Microsoft Accounts

Seamlessly sync your Google or Microsoft email accounts with Revwit to automatically capture contacts and streamline communication. Here’s how: During Onboarding 1. During the onboarding process, you’ll be prompted to connect your email account. 2. Choose Google or Microsoft, depending on your provider. 3. Follow the on-screen steps to grant permissions and complete the sync. From Workspace Settings 1. Navigate to Workspace Settings in the sidebar menu. 2. Select Email & Calendar . 3. Click Connect Google Account or Connect Microsoft Account and log in with your Google or Microsoft credentials. 4. Confirm permissions, and your contacts and emails will sync automatically. Importing Records Using CSV

Easily consolidate all your existing contacts in one place by importing them into Revwit using a CSV file. Follow these steps: Prepare Your CSV File - Ensure your file is formatted correctly with columns like Name, Email, Phone, and Company. - Save it as a CSV file for compatibility. Access the Import Feature - Go to Company, People or Deal in the sidebar menu. - Select Import. Upload Your File - Click Select CSV and select your file. - Map the columns in your CSV file to the corresponding fields in Revwit (e.g., “Full Name” → Name). Review and Import: - Double-check the data mapping to ensure accuracy. - Click Import to add your records to Revwit. Verify the Import: - Once completed, navigate to the relevant section (e.g., People or Companies) to confirm all records were imported correctly. Adding Records Manually

Revwit allows you to manually add new contacts, companies, or deals directly within the platform for quick, one-off entries. Here’s how: Adding a New Company 1. Go to the Companies section in the sidebar. 2. Select the (+) button at the top left corner. 3. Input the company name, domain, and any additional details. 4. Click Save to finalize the entry. Adding a New Person 1. Navigate to the People section from the sidebar. 2. Click the (+) button. 3. Fill in the contact details, such as name, email, phone number, job title and company. 4. Save the contact by clicking Save. Adding a New Deal 1. Open the Deals section in your workspace. 2. Click the (+) button. 3. Enter the deal name, value, associated contact and company, and select its pipeline and pipeline stage. 4. Save the deal by clicking Save.
